Mould Production

Accurate die manufacturing is one of the most critical first steps in producing high-quality aluminium profiles. The performance of the extrusion process, the dimensional accuracy of the profile, surface consistency, production efficiency, and long-term repeatability all depend on a correctly designed and precisely manufactured die.

A well-engineered die ensures that the aluminium flows properly during extrusion, allowing the profile to achieve the required shape, dimensions, and mechanical performance. This is especially important for complex profiles, tight tolerances, thin-wall sections, and designs that require stable production over repeated batches. Even a small error in die design or manufacturing can affect profile geometry, create production difficulties, increase scrap rates, or lead to additional processing costs.

For this reason, die manufacturing is not only a tooling stage, but also a key engineering process that directly influences product quality and production reliability. By focusing on the right die design from the beginning, we help ensure smoother extrusion, better dimensional control, improved surface results, and more efficient production planning.

Whether the project involves a new custom profile or an existing design, the correct die solution creates the foundation for a successful extrusion process. It enables us to support our customers with reliable profile quality, consistent production results, and a more controlled path from technical drawing to finished aluminium profile.

Choosing Right Partner

We work with highly experienced and reliable die manufacturing partners who have proven expertise in aluminium extrusion tooling. Their technical knowledge, precision manufacturing capability, and understanding of profile behaviour allow us to support demanding projects with confidence. This enables us to produce complex aluminium profiles, including designs with tight tolerances, thin-wall sections, multiple cavities, and challenging geometries, while maintaining stable production quality and consistent dimensional accuracy.

 Reconditioning

After die manufacturing, another important stage begins once the profile production is completed. The extrusion die must be properly cleaned, maintained, and prepared for future use. This process is carried out in-house by our experienced team, ensuring that each die remains in suitable condition for repeated production and continues to deliver reliable profile quality over time.

Extensive Mould Archive

With an archive of more than 10,000 extrusion dies, we are able to support a wide range of aluminium profile requirements across more than 20 industries. This extensive die archive allows us to respond faster to customer needs, offer existing profile solutions when available, and reduce development time for suitable projects. Combined with our technical experience, it gives us a strong advantage in delivering efficient, reliable, and cost-effective extrusion solutions.
