Extrusion

Our partnered aluminum extrusion facilities are equipped with three state-of-the-art extrusion presses rated at 2200, 1320, and 700 tons, utilizing billet diameters of 203 mm, 152 mm, and 110 mm respectively. Supported by an archive of more than 10,000 dies, these facilities have an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons of aluminum profiles, enabling efficient and flexible manufacturing for a wide range of customer requirements.
With the integration of advanced control systems at every stage of production, process accuracy is maximized and defect rates are reduced to a minimum. All products are manufactured in compliance with DIN 12020-2 tolerance standards as a standard benchmark, ensuring consistent dimensional precision and superior quality.
Our production capabilities cover a broad spectrum of profile sizes, ranging from thin-wall precision sections to heavy-duty and large cross-section profiles, serving industries with highly diverse technical demands.
Beyond our in-house production range, our strength extends through an extensive global network and robust supply chain infrastructure.
