Anodizing Solutions
We provide anodizing solutions for aluminium profiles up to 7 meters in length, offering reliable surface protection and a clean metallic appearance. Thanks to Qualanod-certified production, the process is carried out under controlled quality standards. Our available color range includes natural, gold, bronze, brown, and black, with different tones available within this scale. For projects that require anodizing after cutting or machining, we can also organize the complete process after mechanical operations, ensuring both dimensional preparation and final surface treatment are managed efficiently.
Powder Coating Solutions
Another surface treatment option we offer is powder coating. With our vertical powder coating line, we are able to coat aluminium profiles up to 7.5 meters in length in all required RAL colors. This allows us to provide durable, decorative, and consistent surface finishes for a wide range of applications. In addition to long profiles, we can also coat shorter components after cutting and mechanical processing. This flexibility enables us to manage both standard profile coating and finished part coating according to customer requirements.
PVC Foil Wrapping Solutions
Our third surface treatment option is PVC foil wrapping, offering a wide range of decorative finishes without strict color limitations. Depending on customer requirements, we can provide wood-effect, solid color, and metallic foil options. Based on the selected foil type, we can also offer color stability guarantees provided by foil manufacturers. Especially for exterior applications, wood-effect foils can create the appearance of real wooden profiles while offering practical advantages over natural wood, as they do not require additional maintenance such as varnishing, painting, or regular surface treatment.
