Our powder coating facility is equipped with a latest-generation vertical coating line sourced from Europe, designed to provide high-quality and consistent surface finishing for aluminium profiles. This advanced system allows us to coat profiles up to 7.5 meters in length, offering strong flexibility for different project requirements and profile types.

With an annual coating capacity of up to 10,000 tons, we are able to support both standard and high-volume production demands with efficiency and reliability. The vertical line structure ensures smooth process flow, uniform coating quality, and stable results across large-scale orders.

One of the key advantages of our facility is the automatic chemical dosing system used at all critical stages of the process.
